Travel time is billed separately at the hourly rate and depends on your location—moves further from Chicago incur a higher travel charge. Packing materials and additional protection are priced separately, though we provide professional moving blankets for your furniture at no extra cost during transit.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for local moves, especially during peak season (May–September). However, we frequently accommodate last-minute and same-week requests based on crew availability.

Elevator reservations and truck parking permits are the client's responsibility. We gladly provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request—please verify with your building management if one is required. If needed, we can assist with purchasing a parking permit, but we kindly ask for all permit details at least one week in advance. We understand that closing dates and lease schedules can shift. If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 72 hours notice and we'll work with you to find a new date at no charge. We're flexible because we know moving is stressful enough.
